About Deathpile
Inventory software for the stock you actually have to find.
Deathpile is inventory management software for online resellers. It connects your eBay and Shopify listings to physical stock and its storage location, so you know which tub to open when something sells.
The listing doesn’t tell you where you put it.
A marketplace holds the listing and the order. You still need to place the item, record where it went and fetch the right one. Deathpile gives stock a named location and numbered tub, with search, QR labels, mobile picking and a history of changes.
Keep your listing tools and accounting software. Deathpile doesn’t create or cross-post listings, and it doesn’t automatically write quantity changes back to marketplaces. The eBay inventory workflow explains how listings, sale review and physical collection fit together.
Why the name?
A death pile is reseller shorthand for acquired stock waiting to be processed, organised or listed. Deathpile takes its name from that backlog. Software won’t clean or photograph it for you, but a location record helps keep the stock you’ve dealt with from disappearing into the pile again.
Start with the system you need.
If one person manages a small stockroom and the spreadsheet stays accurate, keep using it. Our free reseller inventory spreadsheet gives you somewhere to start. When stock moves between more tubs or more hands, compare the inventory features and plans against the work you’re doing.
Next time something sells, you will know exactly where it is.
